Our extensive experience allows us to advise clients on design matters, procurement and contractual situations, whilst collaborating with other designers such as Architects, Cost Managers and of course Clients.

We enable clients to deliver the future, through design, and enabling delivery following contractor appointment.

Lead Consultant:

In our role as lead consultant we act as contract administrator and manage the contractual aspects of project delivery on MF1, ICC, NEC and JCT contract types. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Procurement of contractors – Preparing, issuing and evaluating tenders
  • Full change control procedure management
  • Issuing all contractual information such as instructions, certificates, defects and commissioning.
  • Site supervision and inspections
  • Programming and progress monitoring.

Principal Designer:

For several clients and within particular sectors, we carry out the role of Principal Designer, ensuring compliance with the Construction Design & Management (CDM) 2015 regulations. This commences at the outset of projects with preparation of pre-contract information, liaison with the wider project team and ensuring clients are aware of their responsibilities.

We prepare Health & Safety Pre-Construction Information and meet the requirements of the Principal Designer during construction works.
