Martin joined Blyth & Blyth in April 2019 to lead the business development and marketing functions alongside quality assurance.

He has been involved within the construction industry for some 30+ years, working within the family construction business, a large private Architectural practice and nationwide contractor before leading the Mace Project Management consultancy business within Scotland.

Proudest moment at Blyth & Blyth? Or project you were most proud to be involved in?

Whilst at Mace, I was part of the delivery team on the RBS Gogarburn HQ Project, a £350m development in Edinburgh.

At Blyth & Blyth, I am particularly proud of our recent rebrand initiative and increased public sector market presence.

Favourite building and why?

Not really a building, but – The Great Wall of China. Not been to see it (yet), but I am amazed by the sheer size and feat of engineering
