Jim joined Blyth & Blyth April 2015

Responsible for design and project management on building services electrical engineering projects.

Jim has a high level of technical expertise in both refurbishment work and new projects in Commercial, Residential, Industrial, Nuclear & Health Care Sectors.

Jim has successfully delivered M&E projects with HV/LV electrical system design’s for BREEAM excellent & low energy rated buildings.

From his time working in contracting, Jim helps deliver cost effective design solutions that are both technically compliant and practical.

Proudest moment at Blyth & Blyth? Or project you were most proud to be involved in?

The lighting design for Hendrick’s Gin Palace at Girvan as the lighting needed to complement the brands quirky theme, whilst being functional.

Favourite building and why?

Any high rise building. They are the ultimate in engineering.
