Nairn Street

The development completes the city block and reinforces the existing form and streets cape of both Nairn and Yorkhill Streets, whilst creating a new urban frontage to Yorkhill Parade.

Incorporating 477 beds around 104 cluster flats over five and six storey blocks. They are stepped to match the topography and pattern of the existing tenement buildings where existing eaves and ridge heights have been maintained. The proposed top floors have been set back and the elevation is varied to create a light mix of glass and zinc fenestration at roof level.
